Shipping costs

The shipping costs – for both Italy and other countries – are calculated automatically by the system on the basis of the area/country the item will be delivered to and the type, weight and volume of the item.

Shipping method

In accordance with our general terms and conditions, items ordered on our online store should be delivered within 2 to 4 working days for deliveries to Italy, except in case of force majeure or bank transfer payment. With regards to international deliveries, the delivery time will vary depending on the country of destination.

The purchased items are delivered in a package that also includes the fiscal receipt relating to the order.

The package is delivered to the Client’s address by a package delivery company. Should the Client be absent, they will have to agree directly with the delivery company whether they prefer the item to be redelivered or whether they want to pick up the package at the delivery company’s facility.

Unclaimed goods and items

Should the Client provide an incomplete or incorrect address, any resulting expenses will be covered by the them.

Duties and taxes

Italian VAT is applicable on the shipping costs and is included in the price displayed at checkout.

Italian VAT is also applicable in case of international deliveries to EU Member States. Extra-EU orders are not subject to VAT costs, but other duties, customs and taxes may be due in the country of destination. All these costs are the Client’s responsibility.
